How do you accept payment?
Cash preferred, otherwise Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
What happens if i’m late?
If you’re running late please contact your artist. If you’re more than 15 minutes late your artist may cancel your appointment and you forfeit your deposit.
If you need to reschedule, you need to do it at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, any later and you’ll need to put down a new deposit.
What do i do if i want numbing cream?
We do not sell numbing cream in house but we do highly recommend Mad Rabbit Numbing Cream. Please let your artist know that you’re wanting to use numbing cream and discuss it with them during the consultation phase as it will impact the tattooing process.
How do I find your shop?
Gilded creations is located on the Northwest corner of Cactus and N 32nd St. Our address is 12310 N. 32nd St. Phoenix, Arizona 25032. We share a parking lot with Gyro House 32 and Eddie’s Tavern.
Do you do piercings?
We do not currently do piercings but this is subject to change! If you are a piercer or know someone who is please either fill out a contact form or email Charlest.tattoos@gmail.com
I'm under the age of eighteen, can I bring a parent or guardian with me to sign off?
No, we don’t tattoo anyone under the age of 18.
How do I prepare for my tattoo appointment?
Get adequate sleep, shower and hydrate before and during your appointment. Eat a good meal beforehand, and bring snacks if you would like (we will also have snacks and drinks available!). Dress for your session (comfortability is important).
Do not show up intoxicated, or with damaged skin. For sterilization purposes do not touch your tattoo or the artists station (before, during, or after the tattoo). Don’t do strenuous exercise for 24 hours before, your muscles being sore will make the tattoo hurt worse.
How do I take care of my tattoo after my appointment?
Your artist will apply Second Skin at the end of your appointment. Keep that first bandage on for 3-4 days. On the 4th day take off the bandage under hot running water and wash with antibacterial soap such as Dial Gold Soap Unscented. Then pat dry with a clean paper towel. Moisturize with unscented lotion such as Lubriderm.
Do you require a deposit?
For a tattoo appointment a deposit is required, for deposit details check out our tattoo pricing here.
What does my deposit go towards?
Your tattoo deposit goes towards the full cost of your tattoo. For example if your tattoo cost is $400 and you pay a $100 deposit, then you’ll own the remaining $300 on the day of your appointment.
Am I allowed to bring a friend or my children to the shop?
Yes! We are a family friendly Tattoo and Hair Salon, feel free to bring a single friend or family member. Children are allowed if they’ll be able to sit still and not disturb other guests.
